Mir Abdul Hamid Zaka

Founder & Director

A dedicated leader and advocate for social change with over a decade of experience in child protection, education, and youth empowerment. With a bachelor's degree in English from Balkh University, he founded HYSIO to drive meaningful change for marginalized communities and vulnerable children. His career spans impactful roles in government and non-governmental organizations, emphasizing his commitment to safeguarding basic rights.

Ibrahim Sahar

Co-Founder & Deputy Director

A dedicated social entrepreneur and humanitarian with a Bachelor's in Economics and an MA in International Relations. Former Head of Foreign Affairs at the Ministry of Energy and Water. Co-founder of HYSIO, focused on empowering marginalized communities. Skilled in proposal and budget development, securing funding, and leading successful projects with international partners. Committed to driving impactful change and innovation in both public and non-governmental sectors.

Sameuddin Ammar

Co-Founder & Program Manager and Coordinator

A Legal and Child Protection Specialist with a Bachelor's in Law and Political Science and a Master's in Law from Kabul University. Certified as a Child Protection Master Trainer by UNICEF and UNFPA, he has extensive experience as a Legal Specialist, Attorney, and leader of UNICEF Child Protection projects, advocating for children's rights and providing legal support to the most vulnerable.

Esmatullah Ayoubi Zadran

Finance Manager

Esmatullah Ayoubi Zadran is a highly qualified professional with a master’s degree in business administration (Finance) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Management). With about 13 years of experience, he excels in leading teams, meeting deadlines, handling complex assignments, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Mojeburahman Musleh

HR Manager

Mojeburahman Musleh is a highly qualified professional with a master’s degree in development economics, a bachelor’s degree in business management from Mysore University, India, and a Diploma in International Management. He brings over seven years of extensive experience in Admin/human resources, having served in key roles such as HR Expert at CSTC-A, HR/Admin Officer at Shakhis Group of Companies, HR Officer at IRW, and currently as HR Officer at HYSIO Organization. Mr. Musleh is Fluent in English, Farsi and Pashto.
