The newly developed SBC integrated strategy, tools and initiatives uses research and consultative processes to promote human rights and equality, mobilize leadership and societies, enable citizen participation, build community resilience, influence norms and attitudes and support the behaviors of those who have an impact on the well-being of children, their families and communities especially the most marginalized or hard to reach.
