From July 16 to 25, 2022, the capacity-building program for the employees of this province by the Homeland Youths Social Inventive Organization (HYSIO) with the presence of the officials of the Homeland Youths Social Inventive Organization (HYSIO), the head of labor and social affairs and the Senior advisor to the provincial authority of Faryab province, UNICEF representative and representative of Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO) was held.

In this training program, topics such as psychological first aid (PFA), mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), social activities, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), gender-based violence (GBV), mine risk education (MRE) and child case management training were taught.

It should be mentioned that at the end of the program, the certificate of completion of this institution was distributed to the participants by the relevant officials. Homeland Youths Social Inventive Organization (HYSIO) is trying to provide training facilities in cooperation with UNICEF in Afghanistan to improve the capacity of employees.
