Co-Founder & Deputy Director

A passionate social entrepreneur and humanitarian committed to driving positive change, holding a bachelor's degree in economics and an MA in International Relations from a renowned Indian university. Career highlights include serving as Head of Foreign Affairs at the Ministry of Energy and Water, developing expertise in diplomacy, strategic planning, and policymaking. As the co-founder of HYSIO, instrumental in advancing the organization's mission to uplift marginalized communities and tackle critical societal issues. With a strong background in proposal and budget development, successfully secured funding and led impactful initiatives in collaboration with international agencies and donors. A dedicated legal expert and humanitarian, he holds a bachelor's degree from Kabul University and a master’s degree in law. With extensive experience as a lawyer, he has spent numerous years advocating for children’s rights, providing legal support, and working tirelessly to protect the most vulnerable members of society.
